GCS 型低壓抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)柜，適用于發(fā)電廠、石油、化工、冶金、紡織、高層建筑等行業(yè)的配電系統(tǒng)。在大型發(fā)電廠、石化系統(tǒng)等自動(dòng)化程度高，要求與計(jì)算機(jī)接口的場(chǎng)所，作為三相交流頻率為 50(60)Hz、額定工作電壓為 400V、660V，額定電流為 5000A 及以下的發(fā)、供電系統(tǒng)中的配電、電動(dòng)機(jī)集中控制、無(wú)功功率補(bǔ)償使用的低壓成套配電裝置。 

裝置的設(shè)計(jì)符合下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：IEC439-1《低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)和控制設(shè)備》GB7251《低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備》。 

GCS type low-voltage draw-out switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high degree of automation and computer interface requirements, it is used as a low-voltage complete power distribution device for power distribution, centralized motor control and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50(60)Hz, rated working voltages of 400V and 660V and rated current of 5000A or less. 

The design of the device conforms to the following standards: IEC439-1 《Low Voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment》 GB7251 《Low Voltage Complete Switchgear》.

正常使用環(huán)境 Normal operating environment

◇ 周圍空氣溫度不高于 +40℃， 不低于 -5℃ , 24 小時(shí)內(nèi)平均溫度不得高于 +35℃。超過(guò)時(shí)，需根據(jù)實(shí)際情況降容運(yùn)行； 

◇ 戶內(nèi)使用，使用地點(diǎn)的海拔高度不得超過(guò) 2000m； 

◇ 周圍空氣相對(duì)濕度在溫度為 +40℃時(shí)不超過(guò) 50％，在較低溫度時(shí)允許有較大的相對(duì)濕度，如 +20℃時(shí)為 90％，應(yīng)考慮到由于溫度的變化可能會(huì)偶然產(chǎn)生凝露的影響； 

◇ 裝置安裝時(shí)與垂直面的傾斜度不超過(guò) 5°， 且整組柜列相對(duì)平整 ( 符合 GBJ232-82 標(biāo)準(zhǔn) )； 

◇ 裝置應(yīng)安裝在無(wú)劇烈震動(dòng)和沖擊以及不足以使電器元件受到不應(yīng)有腐蝕的場(chǎng)所 ; 

◇ 用戶有特別要求時(shí)，可以與制造廠協(xié)商解決。

◇ The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃ , and relatively high relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, such as 90% at +20℃ , which shall be considered Due to changes in temperature, condensation may occasionally occur. 

◇ When the device is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5, and the whole set of cabinet columns shall be relatively flat (in line with GBJ232-82 standard); 

◇ The device shall be installed in a place free from severe vibration and impact and insufficient to expose electrical components to corrosion. 

◇ When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer.
